Ian James, a founder member of the cult Durham band Bourbon Street Vomit has toured Europe with soul outfit Mission Impossible and has played on stage with Jools Holland and Hazel O'Connor.

He currently augments his vast Get Ready income by playing with the Gazebo Saxophone Quartet whose clients have included the Maxwell family and Michael Heseltine - proving that you don't need a conscience to have soul.
